MTN SUBSCRIBER FRAUD ALERT - REPORT ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES HERE

MTN Nigeria is taking steps to solve one of its biggest problems at the moment. This is the issue of fraudsters that continue to send subscribers unwanted SMS with the aim of defrauding them of their hard earn money.

Recommended!!!

Remember those SMS that as you to call a specific MTN number because your ATM card is blocked or them that ask you to visit a site because you just won a lottery which you never played.

You can now report such malicious SMS to MTN via their website by filling a simple form.

Click this link to visit Subscriber Fraud Alert Form.

MTN can improve this form by allowing customers to submit a screenshot of the unwanted SMS or recordings of fraudulent calls.

What is your view of this new initiative from MTN? Should other service providers do the same?
